Each group is curated by application with a maximum of 6 women, to facilitate intimacy and meaningful connection. The group agrees to a schedule, constitution and mindful accountability.
Monthly Gatherings
A monthly facilitated group mastermind call where each member gets focused mentorship to solve business and leadership challenges supported with an ongoing private forum for connection.
Retreats
Quarterly Deep Dive's for Business and Leadership Acceleration plus one 2 night retreat with your cohort in a beautiful and rejuvenating setting.

Hustle used to be my middle name.
For more than a decade, building three businesses, and navigating all seasons of entrepreneurship, pedal down was the only way I knew how to operate.
It was what was modelled to me so busy felt, safe.
In the fall of 2021, I found myself at the end of my rope.
Years of suppressing my needs, my feelings and my voice caught up to me.
Brené Brown calls it a spiritual awakening...I call it a walk out because that's what I did, I walked out.
I could no longer operate from urgent and on-fire.
I couldn't create the life I wanted from the last 6 inches of the treadmill anymore and, I knew that I could no longer bump myself down to the bottom of my to-do list.
On the verge of burning it all down, I decided to take my power back.
What changed?
I went deeper than the surface level "work".
I found ways to heal myself from within, to restore trust in my own inner world.
I learned how to open myself up to receive, and to let others in.
This deep healing has allowed me to move from a place of self-criticism, doubt and shame and find a place of love, acceptance and freedom for myself and how I lead my life, my business and, my community.
No more self-help without practical application.
No more surface level "I'm fine" and "it's fine".
No more trying to do it all alone or settling.
When I started sharing my story, it seemed to give permission to the entrepreneurs and leaders in my groups and coaching community to share their truth too...

FAQ'S
How much do you need to show up inside this experience?
Due to the intimate nature of this group experience, we set and agree on the dates for the calls for our gatherings once all of the members are admitted and require 80% attendance to all of the sessions. All calls are recorded so if you ever need to miss one, you can catch up with the recording.
When does the program start and end?
The year long experience begins officially in October and runs through to the end of September each year.
Applications are currently open for this experience until August 20th. Group members will be chosen by mid-September. We use feedback in the initial intake form to pick times that align with all members.
What's the investment?
The investment to join is $7,500 CAD ( plus applicable taxes ). You are welcome to pay in full or, choose the payment plan; this includes a deposit of $1,500 with monthly payments of $500.
*Travel and retreat fees are not included in this.
